We are seeking a high-calibre General Manager Sales for Vic/Tas to provide strategic leadership of the State business and deliver our clients Vision and Values. This role holds full accountability for the States performance, including full EBIT P&L responsibility and the achievement of operational and strategic objectives aligned to the group strategy. The General Manager Sales Vic/Tas will set clear direction, lead and inspire high-performing teams, and drive the execution of key business initiatives to achieve sustainable and profitable growth. The successful candidate will bring deep industry insight, a strong commercial mindset, and a demonstrated ability to deliver continuous improvement across complex operations. This role requires a proven leader who can build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, foster a strong performance culture, and develop organisational capability to support long-term business growth.
