Were seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead, grow and inspire our sales function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting sales strategy, driving revenue growth, developing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team. Youll work closely with the managing directors to align sales performance with broader business objectives, while remaining hands-on in key negotiations and market expansion. Responsibilities Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned to company growth goals Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to consistently exceed targets Drive new business development while nurturing and expanding key accounts Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report to managing directors Identify new market opportunities, channels and partnerships Collaborate with Marketing & production optimise outcomes Establish and refine sales processes, KPIs and CRM reporting Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings Desired Skills and Experience You will bring: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role (Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar) Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building high-performing teams Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills Strong people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capability What we can offer Competitive Salary Package Performance incentives Vehicle allowance A great team culture with support across the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
