About the Role AstheGuest Experience Coordinator (GEC), you willbe responsible forworking alongside a driven and vibrant teamYoullbe the face ofDubbo Western Plains Zoo! Your Day to Day Shifts work on a5-day rotating rosterthatincludes;weekends, public holidays, evenings and?school holiday periods, therefore mixed availability is necessary. Shift times aregenerally7amtill 3pm,2pm till 10pm. AsGECyouwill bebased at the Zoofari lodgeworking acrossall accommodationlocations within the zoowith responsibilitiesincluding : Oversee Guest Services operations toleaddeliveryofexceptional transformational guestexperiences Partner with internal stakeholders to guarantee unparalleled food and Beverage service offerings Partner with internal stakeholders to guarantee high quality Customer serviceswithinthe Zoo Lead and cultivate the team with an emphasis on surpassing expectations.
