We value people who show up, take ownership of their work, and support those around them.About the RoleAs a Fabricator, youll be part of a skilled team assembling and finishing aluminium panels and components for high-quality faade systems, working on a diverse range of projects, including:Aluminium Cladding & BattensPerforated ScreeningDecorative Fencing and more!This role includes aluminium welding work, interpreting shop drawings, and operating fabrication machinery in a safe, organised, and fast-paced factory environment.What Youll Be DoingReading and interpreting shop drawings and project detailsFabricating, assembling, and finishing aluminium panels and componentsCarrying out aluminium welding and joining tasksin line with project and quality requirementsOperating fabrication machinery such as saws, drills, rivet guns, and welding equipmentEnsuring welds and finished components meet quality and visual standardsKeeping your work area clean, safe, and well organisedHandling materials carefully to minimise waste and damageSupporting apprentices and working collaboratively with the teamFollowing all PPE, hot works, and safety requirements at all timesWhat Were Looking ForExperience in aluminium fabrication, welding, or a similar trade environmentAluminium welding experience (TIG/MIG) highly regardedAbility to read and work confidently from technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipA positive, team-focused attitude with good communication skillsA strong commitment to safety and safe work practicesFlexibility to work in a casual roleReliability, accountability, and a genuine desire to do great workHow Success Is MeasuredQuality and consistency of fabricated and welded componentsMinimal rework, defects, or weld repairsCompleting tasks safely and on timeCare and efficiency with tools, materials, and equipmentStrong safety compliance, including PPE and hot works proceduresWhy Join Lennox Facades?Use and develop your aluminium fabrication and welding skillsBe part of a supportive, down-to-earth teamCasual flexibility with potential for ongoing opportunitiesModern facility in a convenient Narangba locationIf youre someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with aluminium, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and people wed love to hear from you.
