You will work under the leadership of experienced Clinical Leaders to deliver advanced clinical and holistic care. Providing support and supervision to your team members, you will champion a strong teamwork approach to resident care. You will liaise with medical practitioners, family and other multi-disciplinary team members ensuring excellence in personalised care.
