It specialises in geriatric evaluation and management, rehabilitation and palliative care. Our facility is co-located with the Young Health Service and sits within Murrumbidgee Local Health District.The RN will assist in the provision of nursing care consistent with the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Mercy Health, Mercy Care Centre, Young NSW.The inpatient nursing position operates within a multidisciplinary team to ensure a highly responsive and flexible service highlighting a holistic approach and competency in the provision of person centred care.* Provide quality client-focussed care to patients, their family and carers, using a holistic approach* Assessment and monitoring of patients physical and mental state* Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers**What youll bring**Youre resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
