About the Role We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team located in Hindmarsh. Reporting to the HSE Manager and Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring project sites are fully compliant with legislative and company HSE requirements, while fostering a safe, respectful and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Understand, assess and monitor HSE project requirements. Identify hazards, evaluate risks and establish control measures in accordance with legislative requirements. Ensure all HSE documents, legislative requirements and safety procedures are complete and upheld throughout the project. Induct and certify all site personnel including subcontractors, ensuring relevant licenses/training and appropriate JSA/SWMS for all tasks. Liaise with site manager, project manager, architect and clients regarding project progress and site safety. Conduct audits and inspections of the sites as per HSE requirements. Prepare injury, incident, near miss and damage reports. Qualifications & Requirements National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain). First Aider (desirable). Working With Children clearance (or willingness to obtain). Current drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Pass a preemployment medical, drug and alcohol test.
