About the Position An exciting opportunity has now become available for a packing technician to join our team at Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse Hillcrest on a casual basis! In this role you will be responsible for using automated packing robots to help produce DAA packs, assisting the Pharmacist in the packing area. You will assist all areas of the packing team including de-blistering medication, managing the stock in the packing area and putting away orders as requested by the Pharmacist Manager. What Youll Be Doing Assisting pharmacists in the packing area Packing DAA packs with precision and care Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock Overseeing patient DAA accounts Keeping the dispensary clean, organised, and running smoothly Assisting with the coordination of deliveries and meeting deadlines About You Youre a team player with great attention to detail, a love for customer care, and ideally: Previous experience working in retail (ideally within pharmacy) Exceptional customer service skills Experience in DAA packing (preferred) Solid knowledge of pharmacy products (including S2/S3 meds) (preferred) Confident with computer systems Reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to help wherever needed Friendly, clear communicator Full drivers license to support delivery runs We offer A friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to be a part of a progressive, growing company Supportive leadership team and ongoing head office support How To Apply If you are a passionate, aspiring, motivated individual looking for an opportunity to make your mark we want to hear from you.
