Intereach is looking for a highly passionate and experienced professional to join us in delivering high quality community services.Child, Family, and Community Workers strengthen family functioning through relationship-based practice using attachment, regulation, trauma informed casework, group, and community work interventions to build confidence with parent-child relationships, behaviour, education, health, wellbeing, and cultural connections.Children and Young People are the focus of intervention and are involved in planning, decision making, and participation.In this role you will:Work directly with children, parents and caregivers to strengthen family functioning and wellbeing.eliver early intervention supports using attachment informed, regulation focused and trauma-aware approaches.Provide casework, group programs and community based interventions that build parenting confidence, child development and wellbeing outcomes, and cultural connection.Collaborate with schools, health services, and community partners.Maintain high quality documentation, reporting and outcomes tracking.Contribute to reflective practice, team learning and service improvement.Youll be supported by experienced leadership and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.For further details, you can request a copy of the Role Profile by emailing [email protected] is a part-time (0.8 FTE) fixed term contract, from 6 March 2025 until 31 January 2027.
