We currently have multiple opportunities to join our team based in Katoomba. Your Responsibilities Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services Identify and report client risks via our incident management system What Youll Need Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (highly desirable) Current Australian Drivers Licence and willingness to travel Registered and insured vehicle Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence in using technology About UPA UPA Aged Care Solutions is a not-for-profit, values-based organisation providing high-quality Residential Aged Care, Home Care, and Retirement Services.
