Were currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Gaming and Bar Attendants to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesDelivering high levels of customer service on the Gaming Floor and BarsCash handling duties and accurate transaction processingResponding to gaming enquiries and assisting guests with confidenceOperating Keno and cashier servicesCarrying out poker machine maintenance and providing drink serviceSupporting the Gaming team with bar serviceMaintaining cleanliness and presentation standardsFollowing all RSA, RCG and Club compliance proceduresWhat were looking forA current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gaming Certificate (RCG)A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidaysExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA professional standard of personal presentationProven cash handling experience with accuracy and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressurePrevious gaming experience (highly regarded but not essential)Why join us?At Moama Bowling Club, we value our people.
