This role offers you the opportunity to drive sales in Australia, work with a global team, make a difference for patients, labs, and dentists, focusing on 3Shape''s clinic solutions including the market-leading TRIOS intraoral scanner.About the position3Shape offers a unique opportunity to work as a Key Account Manager, Australia, focusing on our Clinic solutions. You will be part of the Australia & New Zealand team, based in our office in Sydney, and report to the Country Manager ANZ. In this role, you have full accountability for sales within key accounts, including resellers and key institutional customers. You conduct sales & product training, as well as proactively generating leads and opportunities to drive sales of 3Shape Clinic Solutions, with focus on the TRIOS intraoral scanner.ResponsibilitiesCommercial responsibility for 3Shape key accounts in AustraliaEnsure sales execution of 3Shape solutions, in line with 3Shape''s global and local (ANZ) strategy and business expectationsResponsible for engaging with clinics in close collaboration with reseller sales repsProduct specialization across the 3Shape Clinic Solutions portfolio, focusing on the TRIOS scanner and the market-leading 3Shape ecosystemManage incoming sales leads by qualifying, nurturing, and supporting them in identifying the right 3Shape solution for their needsCollaborate cross-functionally with local colleagues as well as global colleaguesReseller & account managementBe the point of contact for key accounts, focusing on selected resellers, but also other key accounts such as DSOs or government dental institutions, and drive the account management with these partnersResponsible for coaching and sales training of sales reps from selected resellers. Co-travel with reseller reps when relevant to help close leads and motivate/inspire the reseller sales reps about the power of 3Shape solutionsCollaborate with partners on events to promote and drive sales of 3Shape clinic solutionsDrive reseller management meetings to strategize for business development and reviewing business performanceQualificationsProfessionalBusiness Degree in a business-related discipline, or MBA, or a dental education combined with demonstrated sales experience5+ years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the dental industryStrong business acumen and demonstrated success working within salesStrong customer relations skillsPrevious experience in key account management with distributors is a plusPrevious experience in a global dental, high tech, medical device or healthcare environment is considered a plusPublic speaking and presentation skillsProficient user of Excel and PowerPointFluent EnglishPersonalEffective and influential written and verbal communicationsAbility to maintain a commitment to customers, clients and employee colleagues providing them with a supportive experienceAbility to cooperate with many stakeholders and build relations strong interpersonal and communication skillsTakes accountability for decisions, makes decisions that clearly adhere to an ethical standardData driven and analytical mindsetResults orientedWillingness to travel approx. one week per month (mainly domestic)Energetic, proactive and result/target-orientedWinning mentality, a can-do attitude, with flexibility in a fast paced environment3Shape: An exciting, visionary, and international place to work.Join one of the most exciting Danish tech companies in the medical device industry and make an impact.
