We are located in Altona, a western suburb of Melbourne.**Responsibilities*** Conduct analyses for active ingredient content of manufacturing production batches, manufacturing intermediates and R&D formulas.* Develop and validate analytical methods, suitable for progressive stages of formulation development.* Author, review and approve SOPs, analytical methods, stability and method validation protocols and reports.* Conduct quality control testing of finished products, raw materials, in-process materials, and environmental samples to support manufacturing operations.* Assist in creating procedures to facilitate the manufacture of new products.* Effectively communicate project progress, as well as any issues or risks, to the laboratory manager.* Maintain laboratory facilities, equipment, and consumables to ensure optimal functionality.**About you*** Hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant science discipline, such as chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or formulation science.* Demonstrated expertise in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC) and spectroscopy with broad knowledge of sample extraction, method development, trace quantification and techniques for analysing complex formulation matrices.* Highly skilled in at troubleshooting assay and equipment issues.* Possess a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in your role.* Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.* Have proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Exhibit well-developed planning and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.* Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address challenges effectively.* Familiarity with agricultural or veterinary chemicals is an advantage.For a greater insight into Eureka, be sure to check out our website at**For more information, please visit our Careers website.****Please note, applications may be shortlisted as they are received.***At Elders and Eureka, we strive to create a safe environment where everyone can thrive.
