Working at 0.6 FTE, the successful candidate will respond to student enquiries, deliver individualised estudo support, and develop effective learning strategies for students with diverse needs.The position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality of assessment through timely, standardsbased marking and active participation in validation and continuous improvement activities.The role will primarily support students and assessment activities within the Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV in Massage Therapy and Certificate III in Fitness, with the opportunity to contribute to additional qualifications.QualificationsMinimum education level of a Diploma of Remedial Massage or a related field.Minimum education level of Certificate IV in Fitness or a related field.Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment Endeavour will cover the cost of the course).onuSkills and ExperienceTwo years fulltime (or equivalent) industry experience in a relevant field.Welldeveloped communication, writing and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Good level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.Highly DesirableQualifications or experience in related fields such as Allied Health Assistance, Nutrition/Dietetics or Coaching.Additional InformationPlease note that the 0.6 FTE can be worked across any days (MonFri) and we''re open to start/finish times.Questions about your identity help us appreciate the diversity of individuals looking to work with us, ensuring we attract applications from people with identities and perspectives that are as diverse as our students.We are an equalopportunity employer.
