The APAC team, with members across Australia, Korea, Singapore & India, covers all APAC activity - from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe''s business success. About the role Were on the hunt for an Analytics Director, who will be central in driving analytic insights and strategic thinking across the Adobe.pub account within APAC. They will be the key contact for the client on media strategy and performance and will provide recommendations for both direct response and awareness/consideration campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring data and continuous test and learn approaches are implemented and utilised to drive clients media objectives. This position requires strong strategic and tactical thinking, with an eye for numbers, curiosity, proficiency at problem solving, and an in-depth understanding of digital media and technology. You will have a track record of data-rich analyses, be a team player, and have excellent client service skills. Youll use your sharp and intelligent analysis to identify key touch points/factors that drive business decision making, and make recommendations that will drive media strategy, creative and optimisation. Importantly, youll be supported by senior leaders who are invested in your growth and development, and have access to tools, training, and career conversations to help you thrive. What you will do with us: Utilise data to drive media performance by informing media plans and optimization strategies. Implement a data driven media planning and optimization infrastructure Utilise relevant data and technology to drive test & learn agenda in order to improve performance of both conversion driving and awareness/consideration initiatives Recommend and drive implementation, and utilise multi-touchpoint attribution models Use your excellent knowledge of advertising and digital media to deliver client-specific analyses including: campaign performance projections and analysis, customer segmentation and profiling, retention analysis, lifetime value analysis, and competitive market research Perform ongoing analysis to ensure the timely adjustment/optimisation of campaigns to maximize performance Identify key measures, approaches and methodologies to track digital and offline marketing campaign success against clients business objectives - develop test design including hypothesis development, cell design and sample size calculation as required Design and manage measurement systems for data capture and reporting Build a body of knowledge on media, technology and strategy performance with the objective of informing future media decisions on schedules, budgets, partners and strategies Identification, assessment, and managing implementation of data sources and tracking solutions Act as primary day-to-day contact on measurement system project development and execution; facilitate communication and define roles and responsibilities amongst all parties Set clear campaign and media success metrics and establish performance benchmarks Lead relevant application of analytics and research in understanding ROI What Youll Bring: 7+ years in performing analytics in a marketing sciences capacity, ideally at a media agency Experience with B2C and/or B2B digital campaign measurement and optimisation Strong ability to tell a story with data in a rigorous and compelling, yet simple and direct manner Ability to become a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues Knowledge of syndicated media research & systems (e.g., Nielsen, comScore, GWI) Strong data science and analytics platform skills such as PowerBI, Tableau, Datorama, Python, Alteryx, etc. Experience with linear and digital performance measurement data (e.g., ad servers, DSPs, search engines, web analytics, etc.) Experience in the analysis of large data sets to identify insightful relationships (data mining) Strong analytical skills with an understanding of statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analysing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations. Experience with statistical analysis software products, research design, and a track record of implementing data and analytics-driven solutions Knowledge of visual techniques for data analysis and presentation development Exposure to cross-channel measurement and attribution Knowledge of statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS). Mandatory experience with Adobe Analytics A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a strong vision for your clients. Excellent attention to detail youre super organised, and can manage multiple priorities with precision and confidence, and know when to escalate issues promptly.
