About the role As the WHS and Wellbeing Partner you will work closely with the Safety and Facilities Management Lead to coordinate and build organisational capability in the early intervention, case management, rehabilitation and wellbeing programs. You will also work collaboratively and cross functionally, consulting at all levels of the business to identify and implement improvement strategies for CSCs SuperYou health and wellbeing strategy with a focus on psychosocial hazards. Key responsibilities Build organisational capability by supporting and coaching leaders and employees on work health, safety and rehabilitation procedures and wellbeing initiatives to promote a proactive safety and wellbeing culture at CSC. Consult with the business units and wellbeing network to identify, assess and control workplace risks with a focus on psychosocial hazards. Develop, coordinate and monitor injury case management and rehabilitation plans for injured or ill employees. Liaise with and manage external workplace rehabilitation providers when required. Provide expert advice on work health and safety, workers compensation claims management and industrial relations legislation ensuring CSC meets its legal obligations to protect employees. Implement wellbeing initiatives that promote physical, mental, emotional and social health in the workplace. Assist in the audit and evaluation of CSCs Rehabilitation Management System and WHS Management System. Specific duties, deliverables and reporting lines may vary from time to time depending on business needs and priorities. Key objectives and measurements will be captured in the Performance & Development planning cycle, established annually and adapted as needed. Desired Skills and Experience What were looking for Qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Human Resource Management, Allied Health, Mental Health, Training and Assessment or a related field. At least 5 years experience working in WHS, rehabilitation practices, case management support or HR role. Demonstrated and applied understanding of: Commonwealth Work Health and Safety; Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation; and Industrial and Employment Relations legislation and frameworks. Demonstrated high level communication and critical thinking skills with sound influencing and negotiation skills Experience in conducting workplace investigations and report writing Experience in the superannuation or financial services sector. Mental Health First Aid certification.
