You are flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across a rotating 7day roster in a busy airport hotel setting.What You Will Be DoingYou will oversee onsite conference and event operations, ensuring each event runs smoothly and any issues are addressed promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction. You will deliver efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service, support the leadership team by assisting with mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team, and ensure all guest billing is completed accurately in line with hotel procedures.
