This role supports two key functions: the financial administration of the Accor Loyalty program and corporate banking administration activities.This position is ideal for someone with strong reconciliation skills who enjoys working with structured processes and providing reliable support to multiple stakeholders.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdminister the Accor Loyalty programProcess loyalty stay redemptionsManage the Loyalty inbox and respond to queries in a timely mannerInvestigate and correct loyalty point allocation discrepanciesReconcile monthly loyalty payments and distribute funds to propertiesPrepare and post journals and complete bank reconciliationsInvoice loyalty fees and support ad-hoc loyalty-related finance tasksBanking AdministrationManage the Admin Banking inbox and respond to banking-related enquiriesSet up new banking users and manage access and password reset requestsMaintain Merchant Terminal and Bank Account Matrix for A&R groupManage, track, and report on credit card chargebacksLiaise with internal teams and banking partners as requiredSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative roleStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExperience with reconciliations and transactional processingWell-developed organisational and time-management skillsConfident written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide!Family & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services and events for those who mean the most to youAccor Live Limitless (ALL) Loyalty Program - Earn status & reward points on your worldwide staysLearn Your Way - Support your career development with access to Accor''s industry leading training platforms, Accor Academy and TypsyBuild Your Network - With more than 300,000 Accor professionals globally sharing the same guest passion, you have the ability to grow your hospitality network worldwideWorldwide Opportunities - We are a world leading hotel operator!
