We are a social fun team but high-performing, breaking record after record in 2025 both as a company and as individuals.Training and development are at the forefront of what we do, supporting and mentoring our team through day-to-day mentoring, monthly plans and a transparent career path.About the roleDue to opening on office on the Gold Coast in February 2026, we are looking to attract Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants across temp and perm to join us as we embark on a period of growth in Queensland.We are starting the office with one of our Senior Associate Directors who has been with the business for close to 15 years.We aim to begin with 4-5 people but will be looking to grow to 15-20 over the first two years in business. This will be a mix of contract / temp and permanent recruitment.We will be looking to recruit across multiple industries and verticals in the built environment.
