Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, coordinating transport, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.We''re currently undergoing exciting growth and seeking a Warehouse Operative to join the team at our Morningside head office.Responsibilities:Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.Manage incoming and outgoing stock, including inter-branch transfers.Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.Book and coordinate transport and delivery services to meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.Communicate effectively with internal departments to support smooth operations.Requirements:Minimum 2 years'' experience in a warehouse or similar role.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team when required.Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (experience with MYOB and StarshipIt is desirable).Mandatory Compliance Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must meet the following compliance criteria:Full and unrestricted Australian working rightsA valid Australian Driver''s LicenceCurrent annual influenza vaccination (or willingness to obtain)A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)A current National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)Please note: These requirements are mandatory.
