Part time working arrangements can also be considered.About the opportunities:Workplace Relations Officer(APS5) $85,755 $91,809 per annum + 15.4% superannuation (including a 3.4% pay increase from 12 March 2026)As a subject matter expert, you will partner with internal clients to provide effective and accurate stakeholder support while managing a range of administrative processes.You will provide information, guidance and advice in relation to relevant Australian Public Service (APS) employment legislation and frameworks and a range of human resource matters including performance and conduct.About you:To be successful you will:Be confident at providing accurate advice under limited guidance on workplace relations issues involving individual performance or conduct matters consistent with the Tribunal''s enterprise agreement, employment conditions, policies, and guidelines.Have demonstrated ability to propose and facilitate innovation initiatives and contribute to business improvement strategies and change in the workplace.Be a strong communicator with proven ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders easily, anticipate and respond to their needs and expectations, build trust and be committed to delivering high quality outcomes.Tertiary qualifications in human resources, experience in a similar role and/or AHRI certification would be highly regarded.Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor(APS5) $85,755 $91,809 per annum + 15.4% superannuation (including a 3.4% pay increase from 12 March 2026)The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, plays an integral role in driving a safety culture across the Administrative Review Tribunal.You will provide information, guidance and advice in relation to WHS risk management, WHS Incident Management and response, and support implementation of WHS programs and initiatives across the Tribunal.About you:To be successful you will:Have demonstrated experience in WHS risk management including supporting risk assessments, knowledge of risk methodologies and supporting a WHS risk management approachBe experienced in health case management including management of early intervention, workstation assessments and workplace adjustments.Have demonstrated experience in WHS Incident Management, Investigation, Incident Response and tracking of corrective actions / remedial actions.Be able to work independently and collaboratively to support stakeholders at all levels, maintaining productive and collaborative working relationships.Qualifications in Work Health and Safety, Rehabilitation or equivalent experienceRehabilitation Case Manager(APS6) $94,563 - $106,394 p.a. + 15.4% superannuation (including a 3.4% pay increase from 12 March 2026)The Rehabilitation Case Manager is an essential role in supporting health and injury case management across the Administrative Review Tribunal (the Tribunal).You will manage a complex caseload for the early intervention and rehabilitation function and provide expert advice on early intervention, complex case management, rehabilitation policy and procedures, and manage the Tribunal''s rehabilitation management system.
