There is the potential for more work for the right person on other projects.Depending on experience and skill sets, responsibilities may include:Organise and coordinate regular community and larger innovation eventsUncover and connect the most inspiring people in the local communityHelp run our social media presence across channelsBuild membership for our Premium member program, including through partner offersSet and manage efficient processes to enable the communityCreate or supervise production of quality relevant contentDrive and supervise initiatives such as mentor programs, interest groups etc.Potentially, partner and sponsor outreachPotentially, government liaison and submitting grantsCapabilitiesWe are ideally looking for someone who has many of the following attributes:Embedded in the Bondi region creative and innovation communities, and extremely excited about the potential of Bondi region as an innovation hubSubstantial exposure to innovation, startups, technology and/or creative industries, connected into the broader Sydney startup communitySolid experience in organising successful events, preferably in startups/tech/creativeExperience in a community management roleA social media native experienced in running social media accountsPayHourly pay limited initially but can increase as we build a sustainable business model. Bondi Innovation is run entirely for the community with everything going back into supporting innovation in Bondi.This role will suit someone working on other projects with some spare time, who can benefit from being central to the local innovation community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
