The role delivers professional, customerfocused Employee Experience services while supporting daytoday operations.Support the daytoday HR and Employee Experience activities across the organisationBe a first point of contact for associates and leaders, helping with questions about policies, procedures and employment conditionsAssist with employee lifecycle processes, including maintaining accurate records, systems and reportsHelp manage the central HR inbox, prepare simple communications and work closely with Payroll on staff changesSupport team events, employee experience initiatives and general administrative tasks as neededBusiness Administration TraineeReporting to the Vehicle Asset Planning Lead, the Business Administration Trainee is responsible for managing the various administrative tasks relates to allocation and disposal of Honda Representative showroom, floor stock, demonstrator and service loan vehicles.Support the administration of the full vehicle asset lifecycle, including vehicle allocations, reporting and disposalsAssist with coordinating vehicle documentation with Honda Centres and relevant state authoritiesMaintain accurate vehicle orders, records, files and systems to support compliance and reportingHelp with communications and financerelated processes connected to vehicle disposals and changesFollow up with internal and external stakeholders and assist with general administrative tasks as requiredWhat We''re Looking ForThe successful candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
