We need a Site Manager to lead multimilliondollar industrial projects across Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. The role may require travel; a car allowance or company vehicle is included. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will manage daily onsite operations, ensuring timely, onbudget delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage onsite teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality and accountabilityReview and interpret construction plans, specifications and engineering drawings to ensure accurate executionMonitor subcontractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual, quality and timeline expectationsCoordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries and key project milestonesMaintain accurate site records: daily reports, variations, delays and incidentsManage site WHS documentation, including SWMS, toolbox talks and induction processesIdentify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to minimise disruptionEnsure quality control processes are followed and lead rectification of defectsLiaise with project team, clients, consultants and authorities for smooth deliveryProvide feedback on buildability, design issues and subcontractor performance to support continuous improvementAbout YouExperienced in site management, with a strong track record in industrial projectsStrong leadership, problemsolving and communication skillsWellversed in construction processes, safety regulations and quality controlCapable of managing teams and meeting deadlinesQualified in construction management or related fieldExperience in 1Breadcrumb and Procore systems is highly desirableWhat We Offer YouAn exciting opportunity within a growing, marketleading businessCareer growth we invest in our peopleA supportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive salary: base + super, vehicle or allowance, phone allowance and bonusInterested?This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Akura team.
