You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the front office, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office (Reception) Duties:Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanorAnswer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient inquiriesSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsMaintain and update patient records in our electronic systemVerify insurance information and handle billing inquiriesAssist with processing patient payments and managing accounts receivableEnsure the front office is clean, organized, and welcomingCollaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operationsHandle patient follow-up communications as neededAssist with other administrative tasks as necessaryClinical (Dental Assisting) Duties:Support the dentist during a wide range of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflowPrepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in line with infection control protocolsAssist with setting up instruments and materials before proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsHelp ensure patients are comfortable and well-informed throughout their visitMonitor and restock clinical supplies as neededAdhere to all health, safety, and infection control standardsWhat We''re Looking For:A warm, professional manner and teamfirst attitudeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and a proactive approachAbility to understand and implement infection control protocols and sterilisation proceduresThis position requires a balance of technical skills, organization, and exceptional customer service.
