Our mission is to walk alongside those living with dementia, making a meaningful difference every day.Position SummaryReporting to the Education/Consulting Lead, you will be responsible for the development, delivery, and evaluation of the Acute Dementia Change Champion Program (ADCCP). You''ll work closely with internal consultants and external stakeholders to ensure the program meets its strategic objectives, contractual obligations, and delivers measurable outcomes.
