In this role, you''ll manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You''ll leverage your AI First, IT and Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.Key job responsibilitiesBuilding and managing a high-performing team of Delivery ConsultantsCollaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new featuresDeveloping and overseeing the implementation of innovative, forward-looking IT strategies for customersManaging practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagementsDriving business development initiatives and exceeding customer satisfaction targetsBasic Qualifications10+ years of IT consulting/management with IT Transformation in customer-facing roles experienceExperience in direct people management, leading a team of consultantsExperience with customer relationship management, especially C-suite level customer engagement3+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experiencePreferred QualificationsExperience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAPExperience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting servicesAWS Associate level certification or AWS Certified Cloud PractitionerAbout The TeamAWS values diverse experiences.
