With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in everyday life, you will work with a range of clients in the community, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately help them live their best lives.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver private physiotherapy services to individuals with selfidentified needs.Provide rehab support in the home program, focusing on postorthopaedic surgery.Assist in hospitalinthehome programmes, supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries.Support Home Care Package clients who wish to remain independent at home.About YouRegistered with AHPRA and passionate about personcentred care.Proficient at working independently in a community setting.Mobile across Adelaide a reliable vehicle is essential (kilometre reimbursement offered).Relocating?
