OverviewANC is looking for a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Officer / Fleet Sourcing Officer to join near Brisbane Airport, QLD. You''ll help drive driver fleet staffing objectives as part of our national sourcing team, collaborating with business leaders and the Fleet Sourcing Manager to attract, select, and onboard high-quality delivery drivers. You''ll also support improvements in sourcing strategies and recruitment administration to build a stronger, more efficient driver network.ResponsibilitiesSourcing: Source, shortlist, and interview candidates for driver and vehicle roles using our Applicant Tracking System.
