In this role, you''ll support our Order to Cash systems, The role will apply proven analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT investments, turning functional business requirements into effective design solutions. translating business needs into effective system solutions. You''ll work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvements, and ensure our systems deliver maximum value.This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement in business systems.ResponsibilitiesU nderstand how applications support business processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and develop new functionality.Interface with development team members to clearly define requested changes.Develop documentation for systems and processes.Design and develop end user reports and the Microsoft SQL queries required to populate reports.Effectively transfer knowledge to the users for ongoing support.Understand business needs and quantify appropriate actions.Document functional business requirements and interpret them into system designs.About YouYou''re a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Order to Cash processes, including Sales, Pricing, Rebates, Invoicing, Shipping, Billing, and Inventory Management.
