JBS can provide you with more than a job, it can provide a long-term rewarding career.About the RoleThe JBS Australia Group Payroll team are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team, based at our Northern Operations office in Riverview (Ipswich). This role would ideally suit a candidate with strong administration skills and a positive disposition seeking a longterm career opportunity.Duties would typically include:End to end processing of 11,000+ salary/wage employees and labour hire personnel on a weekly and fortnightly basis.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee file s (including but not limited to: letter of appointments, personal contact details, personal banking details, TFN declarations and associated taxation information, salary and packaging details, leave forms and salary review details.Respond in a timely manner to employee queries or requests for payroll information from employees and managers.Preparing payroll reports and participating in endofpay related activities as directed.About YouSound administration skills with intermediate capabilities in MS Office including ExcelPayroll background idealExperience with SAP Payroll system and SAP SuccessFactors (optional)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentTreats all levels of staff equallyResponds calmly in difficult situations, maintaining a strong customer service focusWhy work for JBS Australia?Heavily discounted meat productsOn site caf with chef and subsidised meals#J-18808-Ljbffr
