This role is a Part Time Maternity Leave Contract from 1st April to 1st October, 64 hours per fortnight. Shifts: Wednesday Mornings; Friday, Saturday & Sunday Afternoons.Role & ResponsibilitiesAct as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care.Work collaboratively with a range of staff using strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.Why Work for Us?
