The company also operates tourism attractions and develops travel technology solutions, with a strong presence in RV dealerships across Australia and New Zealand.We are looking for a passionate car or caravan person with previous auto or caravan sales experience and exceptional customer service skills to join us as a General Sales Manager/Dealer Principal.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Process Expertise: Understand the value of each step in the sales process and present yourself professionally in appearance and attitude.Customer Service: Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, putting them at the forefront and responding to their needs.Dealership Operations: Oversee all dealership activities including sale, pre-delivery, accessory upfit and handover of vehicles. Work closely with Head Office departments to ensure smooth operations.Leadership: Lead by example, especially in a high-pressure environment.
