With over 20 years of experience, we support clients worldwide in solar, wind, and energy storage projects.About The Role - Site Quality ManagerWorking closely with Project Team and their operational and or support teams and reporting to Fluence Quality Manager, this role shall:Become accountable for ensuring that all project operations and support service functions comply with Client, Manufacturer and Fluence quality management and quality control requirementsProvide timely and accurate subject matter guidance on all project QA/QC opportunities and challenges and work with the Client representatives, Fluence teams, project delivery team, engineering team, D&C Contractors, regional suppliers for timely and effective resolution to any non-conformancesDevelop and lead the QA/QC team within the project and develop, facilitate and or lead continuous improvement of quality management systems in accordance with Fluence initiatives and ISO 9001 requirementsReport as directed within the project, ensuring timely and accurate information is available for management reviewThis position is site based and may require travel to suppliers as required by project requirements.Develop, enforce, and maintain project Quality Management Systems, including site quality inspections plan in accordance with contractual and ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirementsMonitor project document and records in accordance with Fluence document management system (DMS) and contractual requirementsMonitor quality related activities of D&C Contractor to ensure the implementation of the project quality requirementsCarry out site inspections and witness site testing carried out by D&C contractor, when requiredDevelop, monitor, enforce and review project quality documents and records as appropriatePerform supplier / contractor audits and report finding in a timely mannerMonitor, analyse and report QA/QC project performance for operational meetingsLead, facilitate, monitor, analyse, review, and report QA/QC investigations and develop / review causal & root cause factors, actions, and controls, and monitor for timely closeoutMonitor and coordinate project reviews / audits of Balance of Plant contractors as appropriateFacilitate / Lead, monitor and report on status of NCR investigations and resultant corrective and preventative actions within area of accountability ensuring that all documents are properly recorded and coordinated with responsible personDevelop and maintain project key stakeholder relationshipsQualifications5+ years QAQC position working within energy sector (highly desirable within renewable sector)Tertiary qualification (engineering)Proficient skillset with Microsoft SuiteStrong knowledge of quality management systems, Installation project quality managementAnalytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detailStrong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methodsGood communication, report writing, presentation and stakeholder management skillsetLead / Internal auditor (desirable)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionQuality AssuranceReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Applus+ Pacific by 2xSign in to set job alerts for "Quality Assurance Manager" roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
