Our current projects range from $800K to $4M, with some luxury builds in the $10M$12M range across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, we are now seeking experienced and qualified tradespeople to join our growing team.With professionalism, relationships, respect, safety, communication, transparency, and quality of work at the core of our business, these roles are ideal for individuals who share these values, are committed to teamwork, and are eager to continue developing their skills.Role/sWe have opportunities available for Leading Hand Carpenters within our residential construction division.EmploymentFull-time, permanent roles (following an initial six-month probationary period) or contract ABN positions available.RequirementsFully qualified carpenter with a minimum of 3+ years'' post-apprenticeship experience, plus at least 12 months'' experience in a Leading Hand role.Own tools, current Australian driver''s licence, and a suitable vehicle.Ability to take direction, lead by example, mentor others, and work collaboratively within a team.Strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a professional presentation.Highquality workmanship and excellent problemsolving abilities.Strong work ethic, high personal productivity, and selfmotivation.A willingness to continue learning and developing new skills.What''s on offerAn opportunity to join a talented, dynamic, and passionate team.
