We''re spinning up a new venturea separate zero-to-one product that reimagines what product research looks like in an AI-native world. We need a Senior AI Product Designer to help define it from the ground up. You''ll be joining a dedicated cross-functional team with a single mission: find product-market fit for this new product. You''ll report to the Head of Product for this venture, but your collaboration will extend beyond the immediate squadsharing knowledge with our broader design, product, and engineering teams across Askable. This role is for someone who lives AIdesigning AI-native experiences and defining new interaction patterns for emerging capabilities.What you''ll doShape a new product from the ground upstrategy, vision, and executionDesign AI-native experiences that feel intuitive, not gimmickyDefine new interaction patterns for emerging AI capabilitiesCollaborate with product and engineering to rapidly prototype, test, and iterateRun discovery and validation with real users to find product-market fitStay relentlessly current on AI developments and bring insights back to the teamContribute to the broader Askable design culture through knowledge sharing and collaborationShip fast, learn faster, and be comfortable with ambiguitySkills And Experience You''ll BringTo hit the ground running in this role you''ll need at least 5 years experience working as a product designer, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment with:Proven experience designing AI-powered products or featuresA portfolio or case studies that show your thinkingespecially how you''ve tackled novel, ambiguous problemsDemonstrated use of AI tools throughout your design workflow (we want to see how you work, not just what you''ve shipped)Strong interaction design skills, particularly for conversational, generative, or adaptive interfacesExperience with zero-to-one product work or early-stage venturesComfort defining design patterns where none exist yetBonus points if you''ve designed for research, productivity, or B2B SaaS toolsThe mindset you''ll needAI-native curiosity: You''re excited by what''s happening in AI and form your own views on where things are heading.Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive when the path isn''t clear and can move from messy to meaningful.Winning with your team: You''ll be proud of your individual work, but winning as a team is more fulfilling.
