EGM Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with ReturnToWorkSA to recruit their newest Project Manager on a 2 year Fixed Term Contract, who will lead the project teams that are responsible for the ontime and within budget delivery of projects, system enhancements and upgrades.About the roleAs a Project Manager within the Digital and Information Group (D&IG), ReturntoWorkSA''s leaders are expected to build respect, trust and confidence through calm, dependable and considered behaviour, particularly in highpressure situations. They are achievement focussed and pragmatic in their approach, balancing drive with thoughtful decision making to deliver results while supporting people and organisational goals.Key Responsibilities IncludeLeading the endtoend delivery of digital and IT projects (including system upgrades), ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.Plan, scope and manage projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), selecting and tailoring the most appropriate delivery approach (Agile, hybrid or predictive) for each initiative.Build, lead and support highperforming project teams, creating a collaborative, psychologically safe environment and coordinating internal staff, vendors and implementation partners.Actively engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology and external partners, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, risks and delivery expectations.Manage project governance, finances and controls, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, forecasting, risk and issue management, and reporting through agreed tools and frameworks.Identify, assess and respond to risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, escalating where required and recommending solution options to sponsors and steering committees.Enable and embed business and digital change, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, comply with ReturnToWorkSA frameworks (including cyber security), and support the organisation''s digital transformation objectives.About youProject management experience in projects that incorporate technology, business and data streams.Proven experience working closely with external vendors and implementation partners.Stakeholder management, especially working with business teams.Experience managing predictive (Waterfall) and hybrid projects or leading Agile work.Demonstrated endtoend delivery of projects across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Experience in delivering IT maintenance projects successfully.The ability to partner with key business stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience; focusing on customers'' needs to drive the solution.Transformation experience is desirable but not required.If this sounds like the role for you, then I would love to receive your application!
