Site Manager Multi-Residential ConstructionAged Care ProjectsOur client is a well-established construction firm based in Victoria, with more than 30 years'' experience delivering quality projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, government, health and aged care facilities.We''re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate agedcare residential developments. This is an exciting opportunity to drive highquality delivery of purposebuilt residential facilities in a collaborative, safetyfocused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely project completion.Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.Conduct quality control inspections to maintain exceptional construction outcomes.Interpret and implement site drawings and plans with precision.Liaise with key stakeholders.Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance onsite.Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to prevent delays.Key RequirementsTrade qualification in carpentry or a relevant degree.Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-residential construction.Experience managing sites over $40 million.Strong understanding of building structures.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple trades onsite.Excellent problemsolving, leadership, and communication skills.A commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards.EEO StatementTRS Resourcing is committed to achieving a diverse workforce in Australia.
