This includes developing and refreshing our Category Vision and collaborating on critical range reviews.Driving External Customer Engagement: Partner with National Account Managers to co-lead the externalisation of strategic plans, presenting to and influencing key customers like Woolworths, Coles, and Independents, as well as new channels.Building Category Capability: You''ll be a leader and coach, building best-practice category capability within the ANZ team, fostering connections with the EUAU category community, and developing a high-performing and engaged team.Optimising E-Commerce & POP: Collaborate with the E-Commerce Lead to develop and execute World Foods E-Commerce Category Strategy and Initiatives and lead the development of Point of Purchase (POP) strategies for internal and external deployment.Ensuring Data Integrity: Maintain scan/Homescan data integrity and supplier relationships, aligning with business needs for Mexican and total business.Strategic Leadership: Act as a key member of the ANZ Sales Leadership Team and the World Foods Market Acceleration Team (MAT), contributing to broader business strategy.The suitable degree qualified candidate will bring the following recipe for success!Proven Category Expertise: Demonstrated experience at a Manager level in Category, from within FMCG or blue-chip organisation, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape.Strategic & Analytical Mindset: A natural strategic thinker with strong storytelling capabilities, underpinned by robust analytical grounding and high proficiency in problem-solving.Influential Leadership: Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, capable of driving internal and external impact and advocating for the voice of category and customer.Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of core financial principles, P&L, and the ability to influence revenue growth levers through key initiatives.Data Savvy: Strong capability in utilising IRI/Nielsen scan/ Homescan, Quantium/ Circana, and other shopper/consumer research tools to extract actionable insights.Ready to Make Your Mark?
