Your new role awaits...The Head of Creative will lead the creative vision across our retail business, spanning two distinct brands and three store formats. This role ensures each brand shows up clearly and consistently while working from a shared strategic foundation. You will be responsible for elevating creative quality across campaigns, digital, instore and content, ensuring creativity drives both brand strength and commercial performance.Primary responsibilities include:Define and own the creative vision and standards across two retail brands and three store formatsAct as brand guardian for both brands, ensuring clarity, consistency and distinctivenessLead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary creative team across design, copy, photography and videographyTranslate commercial and marketing priorities into strong, effective creative directionOwn creative development for integrated retail campaigns across digital, ecommerce, social and instoreOversee photography and videography production including briefs, shoot planning, schedules and deliveryPartner closely with marketing, ecommerce and buying teams to ensure creative supports trading outcomesEstablish scalable creative processes that support high volume retail executionEnsure instore creative is executed to a high standard and enhances the customer experienceStay across cultural and retail trends to keep both brands relevant and competitionTo be successful in this role you must have:Senior creative leadership experience in retail or consumer brandsDemonstrated experience managing multiple brands or store formatsUnderstanding of print, POS and instore production workflowsStrong portfolio showcasing brand-led retail or integrated campaign workExperience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams in fast-paced, high-output environmentsDemonstrated experience managing and evolving multiple brands or formatsHigh creative judgement with strong attention to detailDeep understanding of how creative drives retail performance and customer engagementThe following would be advantageous (but not required):Experience scaling creative operations or in-house studiosExperience in multi-store or omnichannel retail environmentsExperience balancing brand consistency with local or format-specific executionExposure to ecommerce, CRM, social and performance-led creativeExperience managing agencies and external production partnersWhat more do we offer?Employee discount at EB Games and Zing in store and onlineBenefits platform with discounts at all your favourite retailersFlexibility to support you and maintain work-life balanceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your familyOnsite parkingRecreation room with consoles, arcade machines, ping-pong and more!A little more about us...Over 25 years EB Games has become one of Australia & New Zealand''s leading retailers, but we don''t do retail like most companies.
