Lumachain delivers AI-powered solutions into industrial environments, combining on-premise infrastructure such as cameras, servers and networks with software to support traceability and operational outcomes.Our solutions are deployed directly into customer facilities, requiring close collaboration between customers, installation partners and internal AI, Software and Quality Assurance teams to ensure accuracy, performance and longterm adoption.About the RoleWe are currently looking for an experiencedHead of Delivery to join our team. Key duties will include:Gathering scope and requirements from customers based on Lumachain''s product setDeveloping and managing project plans for solution implementationCoordinating customer sample collection to support AI model trainingDelivering AI and traceability solutions to customer sites and ensuring ongoing customer satisfactionActing as the voice of the customer to internal development and technical teamsCoordinating stakeholders including customers, software teams and thirdparty vendorsManaging relationships with implementation partners and installersWorking with contractors and customer IT and site management teamsOverseeing the User Acceptance Testing process with customers and internal QA teamsDriving adoption of Lumachain systems into customer daytoday workflowsManaging deliverables, variations, reporting and delivery prioritiesManaging multiple concurrent delivery projects while maintaining existing customer relationshipsRequirementsWe are seeking a candidate who:Has a strong technical background across hardware and software deploymentsHas experience delivering technology solutions in industrial environmentsIs experienced working with on-premise infrastructure including servers, cameras and networksHas led complex implementation or delivery projects with multiple stakeholdersHas experience coordinating vendors, contractors and installation partnersHas experience translating customer requirements into scoped, deliverable solutionsHas experience managing project timelines, scope and budgetsIs comfortable working onsite in industrial facilities, including meat processing plantsIs comfortable travelling regularly to customer sites, including 23 overnight intraand interstate trips per monthIs able to operate autonomously in a primarily remote working environmentExperience in the food supply chain sector is beneficial but not required.AU$140,000 + SuperannuationShare options (equity), with additional equity available over time for strong performanceCommission linked to expansion of solutions at existing and new customersLaptop providedPrimarily workfromhome role with optional shared office accessExposure to complex, largescale industrial customer environments and emerging AI technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
