Reporting to the State Operations Manager and working closely with a multidisciplinary executive team, you will be responsible for setting the hospitals'' strategic direction, managing financial and clinical operations, and fostering a high-performing, responsive organisational culture.You will oversee the development and execution of business plans, manage operational and capital budgets, and ensure compliance with all legislative and accreditation requirements. A key part of your role will involve leading workforce strategy, attracting and retaining skilled staff, and driving improvements in patient flow, safety, and service delivery.
