You will work directly with our principal dentist for complex restorative, surgical and implant cases. If you love helping patients understand their care, we''d love to meet you.Role overview: As a Senior Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator, you will be a key part of the patient experience. You''ll guide patients through their treatment plans, help them understand procedures and costs, and ensure they feel confident moving forward with care, especially Smile Makeovers, Implants and Clear Aligners.ResponsibilitiesPresent and explain treatment plans, with a strong focus on implants and comprehensive dentistryCoordinate care between doctors, hygienists, and patientsDiscuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans clearly and confidentlyBuild trust and rapport with patients while addressing questions and concernsMaintain accurate records and support a smooth patient flowCommunicate with dental labs, implant companies, and IV Sedation practices to ensure patients receive the best possible careWhat we are looking forOutstanding reception and dental assisting experience is preferredStrong knowledge of dental procedures, especially implants and veneersSkills with digital dentistry and utilising digital workflowsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and patient-focusedComfortable discussing finances and closing treatment plansWhy Accolade DentalSupportive, team-centred environmentFocus on high-quality, comprehensive dental careOpportunity to work with advanced implant and restorative dentistryVery high hourly rate ($38-$40 per hour).
