OverviewHigh profile Infrastructure giant is amid large-scale transformation. This is a highly complex business and its operations span across Australia.The Transformation Director is seeking a high-performing Senior Corporate Analyst to support the execution of a complex, multi-year transition. This role will play a key part in supporting the development of a strategic partnership, with a focus on, capital program, project execution, transition planning, and stakeholder alignment.This is a 6-month contract to permanent opportunity.ResponsibilitiesKey duties include:Support execution of a complex, multi-year strategic partnership, contributing to operational readiness, diligence, and transition planning activities.Operate within a PMO environment, tracking progress, managing dependencies, and supporting issue/risk escalation and resolution.Prepare executive-ready materials, dashboards, and analysis to support senior stakeholder communication and governance forums.Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and external advisors to ensure timely alignment of milestones, deliverables, and decision points.Support procurement and capital planning analysis on ad hoc basisExposure and opportunity to add input to commercial terms considering transitional service considerations, and value preservation opportunitiesQualificationsKey criteria to be considered:CA/CPA/CFA qualified ideallyBig 4 Second mover with exposure to transformations, M&A, or FP&A within complex environment.Sector experience in infrastructure, industrials or other capital-intensive industriesExceptional communication and stakeholder managementDoes this sound like you?
