No rotating strangers.We build consistent, skilled teams of nurses and support workers around our clients so they get true continuity of care and our staff enjoy regular, set shifts and the chance to build real relationships.Due to growth, we''re looking for another Clinical (RN) Case Manager to join our vibrant Head Office team in Southport (MondayFriday, 8:00am4:00pm).About the RoleYou''ll play a key role in managing clients (many with neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries, MND, MS, Huntington''s, cerebral palsy, stroke, and dementia), providing clinical oversight, mentoring your inhome nursing and support teams, and ensuring the highest quality of care.This is a mix of office and communitybased work visiting clients, onboarding new participants, conducting assessments, and training staff.You''ll be supported by a closeknit, friendly team of about 25 at our Head Office based in Southport.
