This newly created national position will report to the National Director of Mission and People and lead the implementation of Calvary''s Donations Strategy, with the goal of rapidly growing annual philanthropic income.Operating across all Calvary services, you will be responsible for building national fundraising infrastructure, leading a growing team, and embedding a culture of generosity aligned with Calvary''s values and Connected Care model.Key priorities include:Leading the delivery of the national Donations Strategy and fundraising roadmapEstablishing governance, systems (including CRM), and performance frameworksDriving major gifts, bequests, corporate partnerships, and national campaignsRecruiting and mentoring a highperforming fundraising team and sitebased championsBuilding strong relationships with donors, trusts, and partners to grow income and impactEmbedding philanthropy into Calvary''s culture through storytelling, staff engagement and valuesbased leadershipProviding strategic oversight, reporting to senior leadership and Board stakeholdersThis is a rare opportunity to shape a highimpact national fundraising function in one of Australia''s most trusted and missionled health and aged care organisations.Candidate ProfileYou are an accomplished and credible fundraising executive with a strong track record of senior leadership in complex, missiondriven organisations. You bring both strategic vision and operational discipline, with the capability to build and scale a national philanthropic platform while delivering measurable, sustainable outcomes. You will have 710 years'' experience in senior philanthropy and fundraising roles, with demonstrated success in growing and diversifying revenue through major gifts, bequests, and strategic partnerships.You are highly skilled in governance, compliance, CRM systems and donor stewardship, and are recognised for your outstanding interpersonal, influencing and communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential, as is a deep alignment with Calvary''s values and Catholic mission.
