This role suits someone who is organised, discreet, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibility AreasProvide administrative assistance and calendar management to the Managing Director and Executive Team.Prepare agendas and take minutes for Executive meetings.Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence and follow up of correspondence.Management and coordination of internal organisational events when required by the Executive Team.Assist in the monitoring of nominated budgets and purchased goods and services.Organise meetings, travel and accommodation for the Managing Director, the Executive Team and Board directors.Key Selection CriteriaProven experience providing excellent executive and administrative support, including calendar management.The ability to exercise discretion and sound, sensitive judgement; this role is often exposed to sensitive information.Strong skills in meeting organization, including preparing agendas and taking accurate minutes.Ability to research, analyse and prepare clear reports to support Executive Team decisionmaking.Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills, supporting workflow, budgets and procurement processes.Demonstrated ability to maintain systems and records, follow corporate procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Current Victorian driver''s licence.ApplicationsApplications close midnight Sunday 15 February 2026.Applications will be reviewed, and interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis prior to the closing date.
