You''ll oversee the entire production and operations strategy in a setting that manufactures, assembles, and installs industrial doors and related products, while also managing installation work at customer sites. Coordinating multiple production areasincluding those led by the Factory Foreman and scheduleryou''ll focus on boosting efficiency, maintaining quality, and ensuring costeffectiveness.This role ensures that daytoday operational decisions align with longterm strategic goals while fostering safe, satisfying and sustainable practices across all factory and installation functions.This role offers a fantastic chance to lead projects that bring in smarter systems, working side by side with suppliers and a friendly, approachable senior management team to keep operations efficient, uptodate, and customerfocused.
