As a Cleaning Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing a team of cleaners and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard. This is a fulltime position, offering the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company.What you''ll be doingSupervise and coordinate a team of cleaning staffEnsure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standardMonitor and maintain cleaning schedules and rotasLiaise with clients to address any cleaning-related concernsProvide training and support to cleaning staff as neededMaintain detailed records and documentationAssist with the recruitment and performance management of cleaning staffIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement themWhat we''re looking forProven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar leadership roleMust hold valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visaExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a team and motivate othersKnowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipmentFamiliarity with relevant health and safety regulationsMust have 2 plus years'' experience in a supervisor''s role.Forklift license would be beneficial but not necessary as full training would be provided.At IKON Services Australia Pty Ltd'', we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
