The position demands initiative, adaptability, and the capability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results with professionalism and accuracy.This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Research Executive.Your ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangementsSchedule meetings and manage calendars across multiple time zones, including lastminute changesPrepare and submit complex expense reportsDraft and format letters, contracts, and other documentsManage vendor invoicing and post goods receipts in SAPOrganize meetings, reserve meeting rooms and arrange catering when neededManage inbound and outbound mail and maintain office suppliesKeep professional memberships and subscriptions currentArrange facilities, catering, invitations, and travel for internal and external participants.
